On Friday, May 23, Empire students participated in Jump Rope for Heart.  Over 300 students brought in pledges to benefit the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  Students had a lot of fun and did a great job of being heart healthy.  Thank you to the many parent volunteers who came out to assist our students.  A big thank you to Mme. Bardeggia-Irwin for organizing a very successful event.
