The School Council is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair, in the school library: Tuesday April 5 to Thursday April 7 with final sales happening during the Empire Science Night being held the evening of April 7.

The Scholastic book fair can only happen with the support of parent volunteers.  If you like interacting with students and their families, love books, and enjoy contributing to Empire, then we encourage you to volunteer for this fund raising activity.  Volunteers will be helping students and their families choose and buy books for themselves and for the Classroom Wish List program.  Volunteers will be accepting payment via cash or debit and credit.  There will be easy to use resources and instructions for all volunteers staffing the book fair.

This fair is to raise money to pay for the free family Science Night, and to bring affordable books to Empire students.  More details to come.

Thursday April 7   1:50 pm to 3:30 pm   3:20 pm to 4:40 pm    5:20 pm to 6:30 pm    6:20 pm to 7:30 pm    7:20 pm to 9:30 pm – includes clean up from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm     8:15 pm to 9:30 pm – clean up only
