On Friday, May 21 Empire is having a Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This is a fun way to get the exercise our hearts need as well as promote stewardship in our school community by raising money for a great cause! When students register, they can also pick their favourite EASY healthy habit to complete as an extra daily challenge!
