Empire PS Council is hosting it’s 1st Annual FitFest on Thursday, January 26th from 6-8pm. Parents and students will have a chance to flex all their muscles as they try out new sports, hear from local athletes and an Olympian, and get moving. Each child will get a bingo card to fill up.  Try Yoga! Try rugby!  Try Dancing! Try Basketball!

Based on your participation, you will be able to get ballots for lots of great donated prizes, such as:

• a KW Rangers signed hockey stick
• Fit Bit Zip
• U of W swag
• One month Family YMCA Membership
• One month Youth membership at SydFitHealth Boxing Studio

Come and meet world class boxer Syd Vanderpool and Olympic boxer Mandy Bujold!  Come and meet U of W athletes!
