Strong Start is a charitable organization that provides programs and services through community-wide partnerships to help young children learn to read.  Strong Start volunteers work in a school to offer a ten week program called “Letters, Sounds and Words” to some of our emerging readers.

Volunteers will be given the necessary training to deliver to program, and will be scheduled to work with identified students at Empire P.S.
